Dr. Stanton is a Conway native born on July 16, 1955. He graduated from Conway high school and then went on to play basketball for the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville for two years.  He returned to Conway to attend the University of Central Arkansas and receive his Bachelor's degree in General Science.  After two years at the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis, Dr. Stanton switched to medicine and earned his M.D. at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1985. He completed his residency training in General Surgery at the University in 1990, practiced in Little Rock for four years and then returned to his hometown, Conway. Since 1994, Dr. Stanton has been a practicing General, Laparoscopic, and Thoracic Surgeon on active staff at Conway Regional Medical Center.  When Dr. Stanton isn't at work he enjoys golfing, tending to his farm, and spending time with his wife and eight boys.  While working as a practicing surgeon is Dr. Stanton's calling in life, his love for family is what has driven him to perform hundreds of affordable vasectomy reversals for families nation-wide.
